TERMS OF SERVICE
i. Scope of Work
I DRAW:

• Character Reference Sheet
• Human characters with animal features
• Pets & mascots
• Intimate scenes are fineI DO NOT DRAW:
• NSFW and 18+
• Furry (not my forte)If you're unsure whether your idea fits, feel free to send a reference. I'm happy to check if it aligns with my work.
II. The process
The earliest delivery window for a finished piece is usually around 2 weeks. Turnaround times can vary depending on my current queue, season, complexity.1. INQUIRY
You send me a direct message or submit a form with:
• character references
• intended use (personal or commercial)
• description
• preferred deadline2.CONFIRMATION OF DETAILS AND PAYMENT
• I review the request and confirm if it aligns with my style and availability
• Price and timeline are discussed
• Full payment or 50% down payment is made before work begins3. SKETCH PHASE
• Initial sketch is sent for approval
• 2 Major revisions are accepted(pose, expression, composition)4. RENDERING PHASE
• Colored artwork is sent for approval
• Small adjustments only (color, add or remove minor details)
• finalization and watermark5. DELIVERY
•The piece will be delivered to your email in digital format (jpeg or png)
iii. Payment
Payments are accepted via PayPal or Ko-fi. Full payment or 50% down payment is made before work beginsAdditional fees may apply:
• Complexity: +20-50% of base price
• Commercial License: 70% of base price
• Rush Fee: 30% of total price
iv. Rights & Permissions
You are allowed to:
• Share, post, and display the artwork online or personal websites
• Use it as reference for your own characters/creative projectsWhat you can’t do without a commercial license:
• Sell, redistribute, or otherwise profit directly from the specific artwork (e.g., prints, apparel, stickers)
• Claim authorship of the piece
• Use it for adsI reserve all rights not explicitly granted here. Even if the character belongs to you, the specific artwork itself belongs to me.
v. CANCELLATION
If you need to cancel a commission:
• After work has started: no refunds
• I retain all rights to the incomplete or completed artwork (including sketches, artist conceptual input, and files).
